Our commitment to our learners
We take pride in our pass rates across all our programmes, and we are confident that with our support you will do well in your exams at the first attempt.
However, life can be unpredictable. Exam nerves or circumstances outside your control can affect how a day goes. That is why we offer the CortexTD Success Pledge.
Should you not achieve the outcome you wanted, whatever the reason or the score, we will carry on supporting your learning until you pass. The only fee you need to cover is the exam resit itself, when you feel ready for it. You can keep coming back to our tutors as you prepare for the next opportunity.
The point of the pledge is that you can concentrate on learning without worrying about further course costs.
Who is eligible
The pledge applies to you if:
- You are enrolled in a course offered by CortexTD.
- You take an active part in the course and complete all assigned tasks and projects.
- You meet the required standards in all tutor-marked assessments.
