Who it is for

Anyone with duties under Brunei’s workplace safety and health legislation — which is a wider group than most people assume.

A Workplace Safety and Health Officer is a registered role under section 32, not a title a company can hand out. How the registration works.

By the end you should be able to explain the relevant legislation to management and to employees in plain terms.
